We’ve made an update as of Jan 18th 2022. Note the additions of Oakland Ca, Minneapolis and St. Paul MN, as well as Boston and Brookline MA. We invite input from all of our subscribers worldwide. We’d also like to thank Matthew Hale for compiling the initial info, sending updates and putting them into a spreadsheet format.

States are listed alphabetically. Each of the “Red PD” icons indicate a Vaccine Passport Mandate. The tables below each State’s map are the particulars of the mandates by State, County and City. Including the “App” you must have on your device to be in compliance. Note: the table links footnote each mandate by place.
